In a week between Napton and Banbury we only saw one Waterways member of staff who was moving a decrepid Bantam Tug. Two contracters men with no safety gear were attacking the towpath with a small domestic lawn mower and a small strimmer and it had to be growing faster than they were cutting. Is this they way the future will be for this magnificent waterway
